Are waffles French or Belgian? Whatever the case, they are part of the snack culture in Vientienne. Just when I was walking through the ‘Morning Market’ mall and thinking, is it too early for lunch? There they were, heart shaped and hot and ready for consumption. I think they have become my favourite snack – oh what am I talking about?! Too many snacks to choose from-it’s all done so that I can share it with y’all! Just a mini taste of Laos…
